Brethren and friends:
Welcome to the web site of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania. This is one of the many services we provide as a part of our "21st Century Masonic Renaissance." We believe that the tradition and history of Freemasonry is worth sharing, while we update the ways we do things to be contemporary and relevant for our members and our neighbors. Here you will find much of the information you may need about the new programs of the Grand Lodge, as well as our principles, history and the services available to our members and the general public.
If you are not a Mason, I am particularly glad to welcome you to this web site. Becoming a Mason is a privilege that you may seek if you are willing to live a moral and just life, with compassion and love for all around you. Being a Mason requires you to live your life by giving of yourself, through charity and random acts of kindness to those who need your assistance. Living the life of a Mason is to share the brotherly love and affection that the world's oldest and greatest Fraternity alone can offer.
Freemasonry gives to its members countless opportunities for self-improvement and service to mankind. This website is designed to help you search and discover the many ways each member can truly become a Masonic Renaissance man by improving his character and his community through the practice of Masonic Virtue.
Please explore our entire web site and come back to visit us often!
